Your ad said that the product would cost $60, which I thought was a very reasonable price. Your commercial also mentioned / highlighted that this equipment will not "explode" our coffee any more due to its smart technology.
However, upon receiving your package, I was utterly / completely / totally shocked. First of all, I was asked to pay $76, which I had not been informed about in advance. Furthermore, the virtual button is also nowhere to be found, the microwave can only be opened by pushing its door. Finally, when I warmed my coffee for 20 seconds in the oven, it splashed around all its interior, and I had to clean it up, therefore I was late from my workplace.
As I said, I am absolutely angry and disappointed, because I feel I was deceived / ripped-off. I hoped that this unit would give me a more comfortable life, yet I have more difficulties than before buying it. Therefore, I am hereby demanding a microwave oven like the one in the advertisement. If you manage to fulfill my request, I would also like have the $16 difference, which I had to pay to the delivery person. In case you are unable to provide that device to my, I wish to be refunded the total sum I paid.
I regret to tell you that if my demands are not met shortly, I will be forced to start a legal action against your company. / I will be left with no other choice than to take this case to the court.
