Mindig észben kell tartani, hogy a legegyszerűbb kérdésekből lesznek a legnehezebbek, ennek oka pedig egyszerű: minél evidensebb egy téma, annál kevesebbet foglalkozunk vele, mivel például napi szinten kapcsolatban állunk vele. Hajlamos az ember profi szintre fejleszteni a génmanipulációval vagy családi szerkezetváltozással kapcsolatos tudását, közben pedig elfeledkezik nagyon egyszerű témakörökről. Jó példa erre a saját lakás vagy ház bemutatása, mivel annyira adja magát, hogy elmegyek mellette készüléskor, és semmi garancia nincs arra, hogy angolul, összeszedetten tudok róla PERCEKIG beszélni. Nézzük hát!
Kezdjük mindenképpen a környék félig-alapos bemutatásával. Megadhatjuk a hely típusát, jellegét, illetve néhány szóval leírhatjuk, mit is látni arra pontosan, kik laknak arra, stb.
I would like to speak about the apartment where I live. First, let me start be introducing the area where my flat is located. This is a huge housing project with a lot of blocks of flats. You can see apartment blocks everywhere you look, however from certain spots of the neighbourhood you can see some hills in the distance. Although this is what you would call a concrete jungle, yet it is green as we have many parks in the area. You can see all age groups walking the streets but of course there are no large families.

Now I am going to describe the actual building which houses my flat. This is a typical block of flats, a ten-storey one with 6 apartments on each floor. It has just been renovated both on the inside and outside. It has light green walls and a lot of balconies, while the interior is mostly painted yellow. The staircase is clean and we have a pretty fast elevator. I prefer taking the stairs as I am afraid of becoming too lazy, so I walk if I can.
Ezen a ponton a kert bemutatásával folytattuk a ház bemutatását, ezt itt értelemszerűen nem tudjuk megtenni, bár kisebb lakótömbök és társasházak rendelkeznek kertekkel. Helyette beszélhetünk bővebben a lakásról magáról, és akár több helységet is bemutathatunk részletesen, vagy akár történeteket is elmesélhetünk vele kapcsolatban. Itt fokozottan igaz a házaknál elmondott tétel, mely szerint tőmondatokból és rövid közlésekből nem lesz sikeres vizsga: itt még több kreativitásra van szükség, hogy ne fulladjon hamar ki a felelet.
I would like to continue by describing my apartment. This is a medium-sized one, with two bedrooms and a smaller room. I think we are lucky, because all our rooms have separate doors, and you don't have to enter any of the rooms from the kitchen or the bathroom. If you enter the flat, you will see a little hall, from where all the rooms of the house open. On the right you will see the doors leading to the bedrooms, and there is another door to the small room in front of you. On the right you will find the bathroom and the toilet, and at the end of the hall you will see the door to the kitchen on the left. Due to the compact size of the apartment, we don't have an actual living room, but we like to sit and talk in my parents' bedroom / the largest bedroom. One of the best features of my flat is the spacious balcony, which has a funny story: when we bought this flat, we tossed for the room with the balcony and I won, so that's how I live in that room.
Most mesélhetünk többet a saját szobánkról. FIGYELEM: neked egyértelmű és magától értetődő, amit ott látsz, a vizsgáztatónak nem. Ha nem mondasz el valamit, mert már úgyis unod, nem is tudnak rá pontot adni!
I would also like to tell you some details about my bedroom. This a relatively large, square-shaped room. When you enter it, the first thing you notice is that the walls are painted green, as that is my favourite colour. There is a huge window as I need a lot of light to stay happy and positive. You can find a desk under the window, and by the way, the window overlooks the whole neighbourhood. I have a double bed, which is in the corner in front of the window. There is a large wardrobe for all my clothes, and there are loads of posters and pictures on the wall. The best thing about my room is that I has a spacious balcony, where I like to sit and read, or talk to my friends. I have a laptop on my desk and a TV right in front of my bed, but I don't watch it too much as I am not satisfied with the quality of the programs.

All in all, although the size of the flat is far from being ideal, me and my family still enjoy living here. We are close to each other but at the same time we can have privacy in case we need it. The biggest advantage of an apartment is that it takes a lot less time to maintain and clean than a detached house does. We are sorrounded by thousands of people so it is very easy to make new friends both me and my parents. In fact, I find someone to hang out with every day, which makes me feel great, and this is not true of my parents, haha! I don't say I couldn't imagine living in a detached with a nice garden, but I am just fine and enjoy my life this way.
